About Spirit & Flow
Spirit & Flow is a holistic wellness movement designed to promote individual and collective healing by normalizing access to various spiritual practices and modalities. Donny conceptualized it in April 2024 and first launched at Third Space in early May. Now, back in the new year, its first series, "Spirit & Flow: Nurturing the Inner Child," will expand five monthly workshops exploring various approaches to inner child work, which helps acknowledge and begin healing childhood wounds that affect our adult selves.
